Welcome to Aether Docs! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lore Graph website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use a username that is the name of another person or entity without authorization, or a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

2. User-Generated Content

Aether Docs allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"), including your worldbuilding data, lores, and pages.

• Ownership: You retain all your ownership rights to your Content. We do not claim ownership over the worlds and stories you create.
• License to Us: By posting Content to Aether Docs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content strictly for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and other users (e.g., displaying your public lore to your followers).
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content you post. You agree not to post Content that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property, contains hate speech, or violates the privacy of others.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aether Docs and its licensors.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that Content on Aether Docs infringes your copyright, please use our Copyright Report Form to notify our administration team.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Premium Plans"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Aether Docs cancels it. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use and Network Conduct

When interacting with other users on Aether Docs (such as following, commenting, or sharing), you agree to treat others with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, spam, scraping, or any activity that disrupts the Service or server performance.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from your settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aether Docs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
